Whispers in the Weeds is the July 2024 installment of the Sleeping Bear Yarn Club. Dyed exclusively for us by the talented David Freer of Crafter Gamer Geek of Highland, New York. This colorway moves through shades of blueish-grays and greens. The stray Alpaca fibers that find their way outside of the ply echo the unkempt nature of the meadow. We can hear the small buzz of beetles, clicks of the grasshoppers and chirps of the crickets with birds passing messages in the distance. It looks quiet but we hear the little hints of life.
