This versatile worsted weight yarn, ideal for sweaters, accessories, and blankets, is woolen spun from Wyoming-grown Columbia wool, with a round and springy 3-ply construction for outstanding stitch definition in textured and cabled knits. Tones is designed, sourced, spun, and dyed entirely within the United States. Tones’ unique colorways offer knitters and crocheters countless options for creativity. Light and dark heathered base yarns are overdyed with traditional techniques to create coordinating Tone Pairs. Each Overtone is a light, bright version of a color, paired with a deeper, more subdued Undertone for a total of 12 pairs of harmonious hues, 24 colors in total.
