Sunset Beach Sandbar was our August 2022 feature for the Sleeping Bear Yarn Club. Dyed exclusively for us by the lovely Andrea of Apple Fiber Studio, this variegated skein is summer glinting off the Big Water: turquoise blues, warm golds, smoke gray and a hint of green. The best part? This skein is a silk base, so pieces made from this colorway will hang from your shoulders with a cool, watery drape. ​​​​​​​

Sunset Beach is a special, unnamed spot on Lake Michigan where we have fond childhood memories‑‑endless afternoons bobbing on the waves, stretched out on the empty beach and digging for fistfuls of pretzel sticks with our sand-crusted fingers.
