Fresh Water Jewels was our April 2022 feature for the Sleeping Bear Yarn Club. Dyed exclusively for us by the lovely Jamie of M1 Yarns in the greater Detroit area, this variegated skein is a riotous rainbow (grass green! bright turquoise! deep cobalt! brick red!) layered over a mouse-gray base, and it’s dyed to mimic a scene from our favorite pastime (after knitting and reading, of course!): rock hunting along Lake Michigan’s shoreline.

400 yds–100 g
80% superwash Merino wool, 20% nylon

Machine/hand wash cool, lay flat to dry for your piece’s longest life.
