L to R: LBA Felix + Mohair Silk in ‘Yellow Brick Road’, Felix in ‘Kool’, ‘AS IF’ + ‘Kokko’ and Merino DK in ‘Confetti Cake’.

Still riding high after our long weekend with Aimée Gille of La Bien Aimée–there’s just never enough time with our knitting friends. We’ve still got a few skeins of yarn left, plus copies of Worsted AND Neons & Neutrals–some with signed bookplates.

LBA Felix in ‘Sophie’, ‘Aqua’, ‘Kokko’, ‘Bone’ + ‘Hegelia’. The original painting of the Empire Bluffs was a gift from our dear friend Ashlea Walter–who served us shaved ice at the beach last weekend!

A bit chilly, but we made a statement for World Wide Stitch in Public Day.

Saturday Zoom

Other weekend plans that are germinating: a Shifty in Spincycle colors we’ve been collecting (hoarding?!?) for awhile: ‘Bright Idea’, ‘Big Sky’ + ‘Midsommer’, flanked by LBA Mohair Silk in ‘Yellow Brick Road’ and Felix in ‘Sansa’….some reading and maybe a bit of personal space, too. (Wink, wink.) Tom Lake is Ann’s newest book set in Northern Michigan (!!!!)–while it’s not out yet (August 1st), you can preorder it from your favorite local bookstore. Thank you to Cottage Books for this coveted ARC!

Open Stitch
Saturdays
10 am to 12 pm ET

Sitting and creating with you on Saturday mornings…it’s what we DO.

Join us every Saturday morning as we sit and drink caffeinated beverages and knit (or crochet/spin/stitch/weave!) together.

After almost three full years of in-person stitching on hiatus, we’re so happy to say we are back to hosting our Open Stitch IN PERSON. Come sit and stitch with us‑‑the more, the merrier.

We have our online stitch circle, too‑‑we have no intention of EVER disbanding!‑‑and we’re in the process of figuring out how to combine the two so we can all stitch together.
