Quince & Company produces these eleven yarns as locally as they can – sourcing, spinning and dyeing yarns in the US, as much as possible. All of the wool and wool-blend yarns are spun in historic American mills from territory wool. Whenever possible, Quince sources alpaca, merino and mohair here in America. We are proud to be Michigan’s original Quince & Co. flagship store.
With fibers that aren’t from the US, they find out as much as possible about where they are from and how they came to be. Sourcing fibers from conditions that are healthy for the soil and for those who tend it — that the animals are raised in ways that sustains the earth, preserving the culture of the people who care for it.
